Simple and Delicious
Author: Amber
Recently, my parents lived with us for a couple weeks while they were on the way to their new home two provinces away. Before they left, my mom transferred all of the food left in their cupboards over to my cupboards. This took a lot of work and much maneuvering…fitting two kitchens worth of stuff into my small kitchen was not easy. However, we mostly did it!
I love having cupboards full of stuff that I don’t normally buy because then I can try new things. Last week I came up with a quick and easy dessert that was healthy and loved by all. They actually all asked for more.
First I cut up a banana and put it on a plate.

Next I sprinkled the banana with graham cracker crumbs. I used lots, because the point here is to start using up the stuff stuffed into my cupboards. And also because they are really yummy.

Third, I plopped a dallop of whipped cream on the top, and finished with a maraschino cherry.
